COVID-19 Safety Measures

At Sava we have always had strict health and safety measures. Saftey of our staff is just as important as the safety of our customers. Our staff is trained to eradicate any possible contamination. All our packing personnel wash their hands frequently and there are sanitizers for use at all times. They wear masks, gloves, and haircaps.

Delivery/Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Mumbai.

 

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, We do charge for the delivery below the cart value of Rs. 2000. Delivery fees are as follows :

Cart value Delivery fee
below 1000. Rs 100/-
1000-2000. Rs 75/-
above 2000. Rs No delivery charges applied

What days do u deliver? What are your delivery timings?

Our delivery hours are from 10 am to 6pm Monday – Saturday

What if I don’t receive my order on-time?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. Incase of an imminent delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about the delivery status of your order.

Can I pick-up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes you can.

If you do not deliver in my area, can I still place an order and have it picked up?

Yes you can.

Can I order in advance?

Yes, you can place an order in advance.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

No, you cannot change your order once placed, if you have any additions you can call and confirm before the order is dispatched for delivery.

Payments

How can I make payments on Sava?

You can make online payments using credit or debit cards, through our secure payment gateway. You could also opt for net-banking or pay via payment wallets on the secure payment gateway.

How long will you take to initiate my refund in case of cancellation?

3-4 working days

Cancellations & Returns

What if I want to return my order? Or I need to lodge a complaint?

Complaints for fresh, perishable items must be made at the time of delivery. We are happy to help you immediately and adjust the amount or replace it in your next order. If there are complaints with our packaged, non-perishable items please share a picture & complaint within 2 days from the date of delivery. I want to cancel my order

We cannot cancel the order once it processed. 

Can I edit my order?

You can edit order your products in the cart before checkout. Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you cannot edit the order.
